We at at may places, some had no idea and couldn't get theirs head around the no gluten, other places were great. Mozzerella had items marked on their menu as gluten free oprions and staff very helpful. Also the italian at the padma hotel was great, one of their staff was fully trained and they made my girlfrined exactly what she wanted, all gluten free...
