My first Babi was at my friends home years ago,it was so good my wife who for some reason does not like pork had seconds.My theory is commercialism kills a lot of good food places everywhere and the pigs and chickens a long time ago would have been raised the old fashioned way so the meat itself would be higher in flavour, because even the bacon these days great as it is does not have that intense flavour.I to luuuuuuve my tucker.
