Head over to Nusa Lembongan for one or two nights?
Go over to Lombok or the Gili's for a few nights?
Head up to Yogjakarta for a few days and see Borobodur?
Go to the north of Bali and chill in Lovina or Mengangan for a few nights?
Head up to Candi Dasa for a few days. they even have good restaurants up there!
Go on an ATV ride. You can choose whether you want to do it in the mountains or by the beach. Many companies offer this.
See some of the natural beauty of Bali, and take up some of the suggestions of the other members posts.
