The question is do you know what you want exactly. I am computer literate but when I went to Rimo last November the range was amazing.
USB1, USB2, USB3 and more, The choices go on, powered drive/unpowered drive. They will confuse you. It is no use buying a USB3 if your computer is only USB2 Compatable. Extra money for no gain. Find out what what you computer will accept. They will try and sell you USB1 and say it is as fast as USB2 or not tell you at all. USB1 is old now and 90% of computers will be safe with USB2. Prices at Rimo I found are about 20% lower than AUST. For saving Photo's I would just get a USB2 unpowered. My opinion only. Why not have a 16gb or 32GB memory stick. I have 3,000 photo's on a Hard drive which takes up less than 8gb
