1. HAS YOUR LAPTOP GOT WIFI. Not much information supplied so you will get conflicting suggestions.
Bali has so many free WIFI places you can get access. It is a holiday. try to forget the laptop and take a break, but if you have to this is what I do.
My HTC mobile phone has WIFI Hotspot. I get a simpati sim 5000rp for sim and top up with 100,000rp and when I want to use the internet, flick the phone to Hotspot and connect. I use about $20 TO $25 AUD for phone and internet in 2 weeks.
Technically that is incorrect as I already already have a simpati sim and keep it active, when I go to Bali I swap phone sims then top up when needed.
