Raw sewage near jayakarta

Hi guys not sure If it's happening? I asked a question below about jayakarta and someone commented that at Nihht time they pump raw sewerage into the beach ? Is anyone there now and can report? We r coming may-jun and I hope this isn't happening at all!! Any info would be great x
