Permanent sim cards?

I've been buying Simpati sims every time I go to Bali. The last one I bought expires after 3 months.

Can you buy sims that don't expire and how much do they cost?

I plan to use the sim in various parts of Nusa Tengara so a company that provides good coverage in that area is a priority.
