Jetstar hopeless

Flight from Melbourne to Bali cancelled on Sunday. Passengers transferred to flight today.
Guess what? Cancelled again today. They still haven't notified DPS airport of the cancellation. Still showing on the DPS airport as in transit. Those passengers have to fly to Perth tonight & to Bali tomorrow. 3 days late.
The flight tonight from DPS to Melbourne has been cancelled but only notified by Jetstarless 10 minutes ago. 2 groups from this hotel have already left for the airport.
1 man has no heart medication left so will not get any for at least 1 day.
