Was when ot came out of the luggage carousel it was obviously broke and someone from qantas came over and took us to the office and printed out the letter. Did they notice it at the airport? If yes I would go back to jetstar at Denpasar airport and ask them to write, even if it was not noticed I suppose it's no skin off their nose cause it's the insaurance paying not them. Give it a go, otherwise just try the straight claim but insurance companies are a bit Sussex on boards as they can be easy to break in Bali ha ha, so you need to prove broken in transit.
And another story about the broken bit, my daughters friend broke their leg at choo choo kan compound fracture and they had to drive him to BIMC horn tooting, lights flashing, you can imagine. So tell the family to be careful, he came down on his rail!
