A group of about 10 of us of various ages did the Paon Cooking School last June and have to say it was excellent. Trip to the market first, then plenty of hands on chopping and cooking in a family compound.
You get served abut seven courses of the beautiful food you have prepared and get recipe leaflets of what you helped nake to take home too! Lovely experience!
