I think it is important to find out if it is an australian number that you will be ringing as my husband had an admission at BIMC last year and even though all was covered the number for australian insurance direct was to the UK, so the time difference when sorting out issues was very annoying. Things just probably took a bit longer. This year we have decided to go with Icover and the reviews on forum are great.
