the night so BIMC contacted 1Cover for me but because it was a Friday night and they wanted to talk to my own doctor as I had a pre-existing illness recorded with them and no-one could confirm what illness I had I had to pay up front. Luckily I had a brand new credit card as it was $2000AU the first night. On the Monday travel insurance confirmed that they would pick up the bills for me but because I had already paid some they asked me to pay the rest and then they reimbursed me. They were very compassionate and professional and quick with the reimbursement, all up only 2 weeks after I came home. Regards Jeanne
