They are at the south end of Padma Utara, opposite Garden View Cottages. Two air-con booths - one is a Commonwealth and gives your account balance in AUD$ and gives out Rp100K notes. The one next to it is a local bank - perhaps BCM? but not positive. It gives out Rp50K notes. I can't recall if that one gives balance on the receipt or not, but if it does it's in Rp and not AUD$.
Also, just around the corner on Jl Padma and just past Rama Garden hotel is another hole in the wall air-con ATM booth.
There's also one if you turn off Jl Padma into Garlic lane. On the right side just past the first lot of shops and in front of the apotek. Rp50K notes, from memory.
Closer to Niksoma is the one on Rum Jungle Road. Just after you turn onto Rum Jungle from Padma Utara, it's on the left and only about 50m or so up the road. There's a bank and the ATM is at the front in an air-con room. This one gives Rp100K notes and up to Rp3M per withdrawal, so if your bank charges fees per withdrawal this works out better value.
I find ATMs much easier than taking cash too, so have used this ones frequently over the years. There's actually a few of them around that you'd probably walk straight past if you weren't looking for them. :)
