Anzac day has no significance to Indonesians but there is usually dawn service that includes breakfast afterwards at the Aussie consulate in Denpasar.I think you will need to contact them in advance & register with them if you want to attend this event.I expect strong security would be on place.A number of forumites over the years have attended this event over the years.I vaguely recollect that Tina G did a detailed post after having attended this event a number of years ago.
