Muthu in Penang
Toriki in Tokyo - although personally the yakitori at Nambantei is better.
The Royal Mail in Dunkeld - OMG the wine list is amazing, but I didn't go there because Bourdain did, but because it's on the "long way" back from Coonawarra :) The degustation menu is fabulous, but bookings are scarce.
I've also eaten lechon in Cebu - which, as true followers would know - has trumped Ibu Oka's in the Bourdain Hierarchy of Pork, but I don't know where he ate his specifically. Mine was pretty good though!
To be fair to him - he can't eat everywhere, and I guess it's his opinion. I was just disappointed that he didn't travel off the beaten pork path in Bali.
