New Airline for ADL to DPS ...

Hi all.
Can any one throw any light on the recent press release from Lion Air that there is the possibility of a SECOND airline travelling DPS - ADL - DPS later in 2013? Or is this just another Phurphy??
From a clip ...
Garuda Indonesia is planning to resume service between Ja- karta and Brisbane later this year. Meanwhile, Lion
Air's offshoot Batik Air is plan- ning to fly between Kupang and Darwin and Bali to Adelaide later in 2013.

Any accurate information from Those That Really Know would be really appreciated.
ADL has been the forgotten Australian city for far too long.
