try Wayan at Balioffcourse. He will probably customise a walk for you. We did the morning walk from Ubud and enjoyed every minute of it !! Great for 1st timers as it gives you an insight of the real Bali life etc.
We also stayed at Tegal Sari, simply beautiful and restfull and great location too.
