The other spa operated by the people that used to operate the Melasti Beach Resort is Spa Bali. They have two locations in Seminyak and Kuta. I have tried the Seminyak location because my favourite therapists from MBR now work there. The service is great just liek the old MBR! You can email them at spabali@biz.net.id for more information.
