Jetstar upgrade... quick question

Hi, going in a couple of days and took up the Jetstart offer of Business upgrade to get the 30kg luggage allowance/per person. We have to travel Qantaslink from regional area to Sydney. My interpretation of the fine print is that we qualify for 30kg baggage on the domestic leg as we have international connection which is Business - correct?? I am using every kg of my allowance and want to make sure I am correct in my thinking. Thanks RR
