Just checked it out and it is the end room, 3rd floor with balcony overlooking the old pool.
The stairs could be a problem for the elderly or disabled but they are relatively easy to climb, and there is a narrow lane that runs beside the hotel so perhaps you might get the occasional motor bike noise but being on the 3rd floor this should be minimal.
For your peace of mind I would stay there.
