We bought a few ready made kebaya's from the Denpasar markets. Have an Indonesian with you as it is a maze and most of the shops just sell the material but there are a few shops with readymade stuff.
I also had one made to measure but it came back a little big and over time has faded from purple to pink.
With weddings there is usually 2 nights before that are parties at the grooms house. You only need to wear sarong and sash and just a teeshirt to these. The day of the wedding you where the traditional clothes.
And if you go to the parties take an envelope with some money in as a present and you hand it to the groom as you are leaving. Have been to qute a few weddings with my friends on Nusa Lembongan and this is their tradition which I am pretty sure is the same in Bali. You will love it.
