Type Negative Blood Donations?

I remember last time we were in Bali there was a call-out for negative blood donations. I only saw the article in the Bali Advertiser at the last minute, and although I called to try and arrange a donation they were unable to do it at short notice.

I have B- blood which is not very common anywhere, and would be happy to make a donation in March when we're there again, but I can't find the details of who to contact...can anyone help with the mobile unit information please?
