Ours were actual hospital bands that my D.O.N Auntie made for me. The ones they do at the local hospital here are printed on a computer so she just printed up a sheet of them for me. I have heard before that you can get them from Office Works. Don't happen to have a friend that is a nurse do you!? lol. Can't help with the snorkeling sorry, not something my kids have been keen to try yet (they are now 3, 7&9). Taking a letter from your naturopath is a good idea, just in case. I always take one for my medications just so I don't have to try explain anything.
