ask your butcher about cryovac meat, it is sealed and better than frozen, then you only need to keep it cold. Use an foam esky to pack everything in ice and seal it. Your local green grocer may have a broccolli foam box with lid they will give you, and they are ideal. Keep in mind that you will need to think about your luggage allowance.
