1. A simpatti sim card costs 5,000rp but most shops sell them for between 25,000 and 100,000rp plus whatever credit you want and some come with credit at the inflated price.
2. cut your card. some do it for free, some charge.
3. other cards are different prices but about the same for what credit you get.
4. Once you have a simpatti sim you can buy the pre-paid scratchies and scratch and recharge at your whim.
Basic is that once you get a price find out what credit is included and pay as little as possible just for the sim.
