Thank you for sharing this JBR. It brought back lots of memories for me too. I first went to Bali in 1983 on a trip through SE Asia, Australia and new Zealand. Because I am Canadian, I thought that I would never get back to Bali but 22 trips later, I have found my 2nd home! Bali sure has changed over the years but I still love the people and everything else...except the traffic and rip off artists!
