With kids that age I suggest 2 nights at Mara river resort at Safari park... kids would love it absolutely but I would not do more than 2 nights though as very restricted on food / eating places there. Come back from there and spend last 2 or 3 nights in a bit of luxury to relax in Nusa Dua or sanur lots of variety is good for kids but then a pain to have to pack n move.
