just flew home yesterday and woke up this morning very much missing my "egg station" but have to say that I have felt quite good this hol and so jumped on scales just now and have LOST 3.5kg over last 2 weeks !! Yes I ate every morning and night but didnt have lunch most days. And I love all the 'milky' cocktails, breaktalk was visited often and so too was the new discovery at back of Discovery... Sugar Mamas Bakehouse... my idea of heaven !! Happy to not have gained but I really dont want to unpack my bags... means my holiday is really over.
