talking to steve at y bar legian ref storm there were some problems between partners and the proposed expansion of the brewery and then licensing for new brewery and so storm is no more.
however one of the partners has started the stark brewery in lovina and produces 2 beers a wheat and a dark wheat in circle k and some bars
