Having 3 nights in Legian, 7 nights in Balian and 17 nights in Sanur :)) leaving with a heavy heart as one of my close girlfriends is in the royal north shore hospital burns unit :( she has Stevens Johnson syndrome caused by a reaction to medication, it's horrific! She spent 5 days in icu at jhh and they airlifted her to syd yesterday:(
My Balinese family are going to make offerings and take me to their temple, which I hope will make me feel a bit brighter!
At least the Balinese have this special way of always making u feel better in a terrible situation - well our families do anyway..
