Believe us,nothing wrong with the renovated de luxe rooms. We use them all the time now. Absolutely no problem crossing the road as it is manned 24/7.
If you are OK with steps ( two sets of twelve ) balcony rooms are identical to those downstairs.
We were there three weeks ago, believe it or not I can't remember the room number ( it's the old grey matter diminishing ) all you gotta do is ask for a balcony room with a pool view.
If you make a decision to stay there book it with Utari in the front office and tell her that Bli Barry and Ibu Tricia suggested a pool view room for you. Her email..................H1922-FO@accor.com
