You bought one pair of equally cheap quality sunglasses for 50,000 IDR.
This just means that if in fact the glasses your mum bought are equal in make/quality to the ones you bought then your mum got the better bargain than you :)
You could get the same sunglasses sent from China with free postage for around $1AU.
Did your mum screw the seller dry? or did the seller make a nice profit from you?
I believe the latter or your mum wouldnt have got 3 pairs for the same price as your one pair :) Profit is profit!
Could you imaging everyone paying no less than 1/3 of what some unknowing tourists foolishly pay for items everyday in Bali.
