I don,t have the problem, we always make sure we have large and small notes on us. But a good suggestion by you for others, sure the traffic here would love it if you stopped that taksi and wen,t and changed a 100.000 rp. so you could pay the exact amount on the meter. Saw that happen on Jalan Tambligan last week with some French people, so funny it nearly ended with a fight.Some people have short arms and long pockets! Not Australians however. We always tip anyway.,
