Not sure which way these people went and of course it all depends on what time you leave .... we normally leave around 8am and have always been there at 9am for opening time. Our driver, who we have used for several years, always arranges our admission the night before so there is no waiting.
I do agree that if you want to take in ALL the park and what it has to offer then you would be hard pressed to see it in half a day.
It also depends on how good your driver is ....ours is a grade above and knows on all the tricks of the trade in making a 1.5 hour drive in 1 hour.
Ps. I wouldnt think the admission price is too high by what we pay back home for various things.
