Non smoking rules applied yet?

"The Bali Provincial Government has announced that as of June 1st this year, it will be implementing an island-wide smoking ban in public places such as government offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants and night clubs."

What is the current situation? Has it been applied to hotels, restaurants etc yet?
