Ace hardware, we were buying shower caddy's for our place over there, they were quite expensive, I'm not sure if they had over the bath ones but it would be a place to try.
Also Informa above Ace in the Bali Mall Gelleria where HyperMart and Matahari is. They may have them, they have some really nice homeware stuffs. Again probably same price as here in Australia though.
