So you really need to eat cheap and you wont be buying stuff all the time.
We budget $100 per day spend for a couple and this usually leaves some left over to buy a few bits but we only ever go for 10-12 days,if it was 20 would spend a lot less.
For some, the more you go the less you spend! because you already know the cheap eateries that suit you, you have already bought all the trinkets and cheap clothing to last a lifetime, done the popular sightseeing etc so it can be cheap.
I always think what would I spend a day at home, then look at what I would need to spend in Bali, hotel is already paid for so we dont over spend just for the sake of it.
If you want to do lots of things like Waterbom/tours and eat in nicer eateries then it can work out expensive.
Also are you in a place with a kitchen like a villa or self service apartment/rooms where you can wine and dine yourselves and budget a lot cheaper for everyday living buying from supermarkets.
I think around $150 to $200 max per day at just a guess? But everything can depend on your Bali prior experiences and if you buy food drinks icecream etc at expensive hotel prices.
