Jetstink payments?

Booked my flight to Bali with QFF points when I looked at Jetstar for the return Bali to Perth flight the only way I can buy the ticket is to show up at a jetsar agent in bali 2 days after paying to verify my credit card?

How stupid is this when the ticket name is the same as the credit card name?
