Trying to book flights from Bali to Perth but some things seemed to have changed since last year?
When I put in the name of Guests it asks for given name as in passport,in my passport it shows both first and middle name,should i put both?
When I get to just before payment it shows an insurance box,and in the break down it shows taxes for the insurance? I have not ticked a box for insurance? when i go to payment it says you have chosen insurance but have not ticked terms and conditions, so it redirects me back to the previous page!
This is very frustrating and have ended up getting out which means i have to start again :(
Anyone know about the names and insurance?
