at one of the coffee plantations(don't remember it's name sorry)....I would suppose they all have it, although in all my trips over the years including different plantations, I must admit this is the first time I discovered it,and I love it!I usually just want to buy the ginger tea when I go to the plantations...now it's also going to be coconut kopi as well!
