per person without any paperwork for Australian AQIS, but they must be declared and examined on arrival. Bali Orchid Garden will give you paperwork on deflasking and on importing to Australia. If more than 6 flasks you must have an import permit from AQIS - get it over the net - and the flasks won't be immediately checked at the airport but you will have to collect from their base next day.
Remember to pack flasks in your checked luggage otherwise they will be taken before boarding because they contain gel and go against the "liquids and gels" rules.
