You have to note that Bali has a 1 litre limit of alcohol it doesnt matter if it is duty free or not - in saying that when I went a xmas time I took 5 bottles of wine & champagne in my luggage, I did declare this and paid $10 or $20 dollars DUTY!!!!! to the Customs guys prior to leaving...obviously this is not an official thing but very common place for me it was work paying this amount but I would suggest that you make sure you only have a little bit of cash on you and explain that is all you have and of course in a worse case be prepared to have it seized.
I will be taking wine again in August.
