There are a couple of kitchen shops you could try but I'm not sure if they do them or not....addresses not my thing either so here goes.
Head to Kuta Galleria, Alto Modo and Ace Hardware are here, opposite Alto Modo or thereabouts is an intersection, turn left and nearly immediately on your left is a small upmarket Kitchen ware shop.
Go Behind Bali Bakery is another kitchen ware shop, Bali Mall Galleria has a homeware shop above Ace Hardware and also a small kitchen ware shop in the Mall, same mall as Hypermart and Matahari.
You could try Ace Hardware as well as they have many different things that you wouldn't think would be in a hardware shop.
Suggest you take a picture with you and an idea of prices.
