The hotel is located in Kelui, which is about 4km north of the main Senggigi strip, just over the hill from Mangsit (Mangsit is home to Qunci, Holiday Resort, Puri Mas and some other hotels).
It is a lovely property, quite new and set on a pretty beach. The beach is fairly quiet. There are no warungs within walking distance, however it is easy to jump in a taxi into Senggigi for a variety of cafes etc. You can also walk over the hill to other hotels such as Qunci for a nice meal.
The taxi ride into Senggigi is about 10,000 - 15,000 Rp.
My preference is to stay somewhere nice like Jeeva and only go into Senggigi when I want to. I don't think you would be disappointed with this hotel.
