I have seen a few that would have failed a Booze Test On Arrival.
One fellow was so drunk, he dropped his Duty Free bottles on the floor while waiting in the Immigration queues. The bottles shattered spreading alcohol over the floor. The Balinese cleaners cleaned up the mess, without any thanks or assistance from the drunk.
