this will mean getting rid of a lot more of that ugly green wet rice field stuff and get some more well ordered and serviced hotels and villas constructed.
Naturally the existing infrastructure will not be able to cope so the streets will need to be dug up again to put in more services, thereby creating more jobs for fly in and fly out workers.
Wonderful news for the Island and the investors from everywhere else but the Island.
It may also encourage review of the current VOA system, with a move towards pre arranged visas (no visas at all like other places cannot be contemplated)
