90% of flights arrive between 10am & 10pm. That changes your calculations a bit. Most Australian aiports have curfews which restrict scheduling. Flights that arrive also have to leave. The domestics that drive from Java have an 8 hour waiting time for the ferry as it is. Jakarta won't spend more money on roads or ferries. So many people will be pi55ed off that they will find somewhere else to go. Pastika is dreaming.
