This would mean the whole worlds duty free system would have to stop selling cartons of 200s to people visiting Australia.
The only way they could enforce a 50/50 grams limit would be for duty free bought on arrival in Australia,and they would stop selling totally before that happened. I got back from USA only 2 weeks ago with 3 cartons declared and walked straight through without question on now 250 limit.
