It makes no difference what route you want to take as your driver will have plans of his own. I have very detailed info which I got off someone else - on the BTF so if you email me I can forward to you.
As to what route we took we went from Sanur - for 30 minutes realized that I had forgotten something so turned around mid road and back to hotel in Sanur and left hotel exactly 60 mins after the first exit.
Hubby was furious...........
Arrived in Pemuteran exactly 3.5 hours later BUT we made no stops!
Driver wanted to stop her there and everywhere BUT after friends made the trip in 5.5 hours I insisted that we drive straight.
