We stayed there last year. Very disappointed. Stunning location, disinterested staff. Better value elsewhere on Lembongan. Tried to over charge us. Luckily we had email confirmation of booking. Also tried to charge us for FREE transport provided by local restaurant. Backed down when we pointed out transport was provided by the restaurant. Check out reviews on Trip Advisor. We're not the only disappointed customers.
